Timeless: R.I.P. Michael Jackson

June 25, 2009

Michael Jackson passed away today after going into cardiac arrest at home. He was just 50 years old. I’m shocked and deeply saddened. This is such a huge loss for music and the world. He’s timeless and will be deeply missed. His music will live on FOREVER.

You can check out CNN’s report by clicking here. I have no more words so I’ll let his music speak. Below are 2 of my favourite videos of Michael Jackson, “The King of Pop.” May he rest in peace.

It’s so sad to hear about Michael Jackson. As a dancer, I’ve performed almost every one of his hits in some form or another. A lot of celebrities have died recently, but he’s the first one that had a big impact on my life personally. It’s a really weird feeling. Anyway, nice post. 😉

I’m still not believing that he’s gone. Really?

MJ was an early influence on my dance career. His excitement for performance made me wanna get up and dance even more! He inspired many of us males to take up dancing as a profession. A true showman and entertainer, he and his gift of song will be missed by many.
